Finding orders and sending offers

Browse open orders by category and location. Open an order to see the description and the customer public profile.

Send an offer with price and timeline. The customer compares offers and may ask questions in order comments.

State the price you are prepared to charge for this work. Do not put a token or artificially low amount. If the scope of work changes, update the final price in Tyoon.

Do not post or request contact details or links to external sites in comments, profile description, name or other public fields before an offer is accepted. After an offer is accepted, Tyoon will share the contact details needed to complete that order.

Do not move the same task off Tyoon to avoid the platform fee.

Do not ask the customer to pay for the work through Tyoon — Tyoon only processes the entrepreneur’s platform fee (e.g. via Stripe). Agree the work price with the customer directly — outside Tyoon.
