What construction jobs are posted on Tyoon?
Clients can post various tasks related to home renovation, restoration and construction on Tyoon.
Examples of tasks include:

Tyoon is designed for construction service providers who work independently or through a company.
You can join regardless of your company type:

Tyoon is not an employer or a staffing agency. Through the service you find independent tasks and requests for quotes posted by clients.
Which construction professions can register?
Construction and renovation professionals who offer services to clients independently or through a company can register on Tyoon.
For example, the following professionals can join:
- • carpenters
- • painters
- • renovators and repair specialists
- • flooring installers
- • furniture and kitchen installers
- • wallpaper hangers
- • plasterers and renderers
- • electricians
- • plumbers and HVAC specialists
- • deck and outdoor builders

You can select one or more service categories in your profile based on your skills. You do not need to offer every type of construction work.
How do I submit an offer?
When you find a suitable task, you can send the client your offer and agree on the terms of the work together.
Tell the client as specifically as possible:
- estimated cost of the work
- whether the price is fixed or an estimate
- whether materials are included in the price
- whether travel costs are included
- estimated start date
- estimated duration of the work
- which stages are included in the offer
- which work is not included in the offer
Do not just send a number without an explanation. It is often important for the client to understand what they are getting for the price.
You can also ask the client for more information, photos, measurements or the opportunity to inspect the site before confirming the final price.
How to get more construction jobs? Fill in your service provider profile as thoroughly as possible. Add to your profile: - a clear description of your services; - your area of operation; - your work experience; - photos of previous work; - your company details; - any qualifications and certificates; - realistic information about your availability. Respond to new tasks quickly and write a task-specific offer for each client. A personal and clear response generally works better than sending the same generic message to everyone.
Working through Tmi, Oy or as a light entrepreneur
Tyoon works for any company type — Tmi, Oy or kevytyrittäjä.
You can join regardless of your company type:
- • sole trader (Tmi)
- • limited company (Oy)
- • light entrepreneur (kevytyrittäjä)
The service provider is solely responsible for the services offered, quality of work, contract, and any required taxes, insurance and permits.
How much does the service cost?
Registering on Tyoon is free.
There is no monthly fee and browsing open tasks is free of charge.
Tyoon charges the service provider a 10% service fee only on completed and finished work.
If you do not get a task or the client does not choose your offer, no fee is charged.
Example
If the agreed value of the work is €1,000, Tyoon's service fee is €100.
